Spitzenwerkstoff Everest ZS-Zirkonkeramik
The basis of top quality – presintered, yttrium-stabilised zirconium oxide
Zirconium oxide has a leading position among ceramic materials. Presintered, yttrium-stabilised zirconium oxide has special properties that give dental work particularly high mechanical strength, flexural resistance and long-term stability. These properties make this ceramic material ideal for aesthetic crowns, bridges and frameworks in the anterior and posterior region.

Ceramic accuracy with ideal aesthetics
ZS blanks are the basis of perfection for the perfect framework: The presintered ZS elements are milled while still soft and then sintered. During sintering they shrink to their precisely calculated final dimension.
The marginal gap measurement is the proof of the outstanding accuracy of work fabricated with Everest. Veneering also proves the aesthetic quality: Everest ZS frameworks can be coloured completely or partially with the brush in five shades with Ivoclar IPS e.max or VITA colouring liquid.
Zirconium oxide veneering ceramic with a coefficient of expansion of 9, such as Ivoclar Vivadent IPS e.max ceram or GC Initial ZR, is ideal for customised veneering.
